Confirmed. Jatt remade it though (with a new cape design, haha). Doesn't feel like a big deal though. Don't know why everyone cares so much. It's just a game.

to answer the above post it's because normal players use bots and practice poor security and elite players have to of been hacked as they never do that.. :-) well, a few posts above anyhow..

It is funny though that most threads like this start out with tons of guru gurus telling them to quit using bots and such.

my honest opinion on this is that IF anet has some way of replacing items/chars and have never used it before, but now unveils it, it's going to cause more trouble for them than if they just leave this as a "you got hacked, sorry." type deal they give everyone else.

People will start complaining of "celebrity" status in game.

I think it sucks, yea. I've watched several GvG's and HA's involving rawr and even though I don't know anyone in the guild, I respect them as good players in the game.

It sucks, really, it does, but you can't expect ANET to just go "oh, here's your gold cape back. enjoy." without severe Q Q 'n from any person who has ever been hacked in the past.

last 2 months i saw someone r12hero r5champion sold his account on ebay too... he said, he was also in most named guild... so?
only he him self know... since he didnt confirm any lost account...
ebay is also count as an option

No single guild has done so much for the game as [rawr]. If even they can't get Anet to care, then this is no longer a game or a company I can continue to associate with.

sucks that it happened
but i really dont think they should get any special treatment. remake, carry on, win the gold trim back. shouldnt just get put on. they win enuff anyway.

[Rawr] has been a good community influence in guildwars and although I may not be the biggest fan of their fortressway play style, they earned those trims and that rating through alot of hard work. They should at least recieve some sort of help from ANET either through reinstating their trim, ingame assistance, or anything at all.

/signed for resintation rank/gold trim to rawr.

This is scary news for us all, at this point anyones account could be at risk and its a red siren to anet that something needs to be done.
